With bed linens and towels provided and beds made before your arrival, relaxation begins the moment you step in. Outside, our backyard retreat offers a fire pit for cozy nights, an outdoor shower, a convenient half bath, and a lively Bocce ball court for family enjoyment. Featuring four bedrooms, 2 full baths, and 1 half bath on the ground level, our space comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. The primary bedroom boasts a king bed and ensuite bath. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, while the third bedroom provides a daybed with trundle and a remote workstation. The fourth bedroom delights with a full-sized bunk bed. A well-equipped laundry room and kitchen cater to all your vacation and culinary needs.

- Respect neighbors' privacy and quiet hours from 10pm to 8am
- Avoid flushing inappropriate items down toilets
- Do not tamper with monitoring devices (security cameras, CO, smoke, noise)

Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
